Yes, we offer year-round admissions. If a place is available in the appropriate year group, your child can join at any time during the school year. Our Admissions Manager will guide you through placement, assessment, and the enrolment steps.

When completing the Application Form, you’ll be asked to provide:

When enrolling at the school, several compulsory fees apply. The exact fees depend on the programme, year group and whether the child is a new student.

Assessment Fee — 1,800 THB
A one-time, non-refundable fee charged for all new applicants upon submitting the application.
It covers assessment in core subjects and the administrative process.

Registration Fee
An annual fee required to confirm enrolment.
It includes school uniform, learning materials, most textbooks and insurance.
The amount varies by programme:

• Primary (Y1–Y2): 15,360 THB
• Primary (Y3–Y6): 15,080 THB

If a child is enrolled in the ELL Programme, an additional 1,800 THB will be added to the Registration Fee for the relevant age group.

Tuition Fee
Payable before the student begins attending school.
Available payment plans:
• monthly
• per term (with a 5% discount)
• annual (with a 10% discount)

The fee amount depends on the chosen programme (Cambridge or ELL).

Reservation Fee
Applicable only to students starting in August (the beginning of the academic year).
Amount: 20,000 THB.
This fee is fully deducted from the first tuition invoice.
If a child joins mid-year, the Reservation Fee does not apply.

The Reservation Fee is non-refundable, as it guarantees the reserved place for your child.

Step 4 — Offer Letter
Once we review your application, you’ll receive an Offer Letter confirming:
• your child’s class placement (based on age and background)
• programme recommendation (Cambridge or ELL)
• fee information
• the proposed start date

Step 5 — Parent Contract & Registration Fee
If you choose to accept the offer, our team will send:
• the Parent–School Partnership Contract
• an invoice for the 10,000 THB registration fee to secure your child’s place

Step 6 — Enrolment & onboarding
After the contract is signed and the registration fee is paid, your child’s place is confirmed.
You will receive onboarding information, including:
• start date
• class timetable
• uniforms and textbooks
• school bus registration (if needed)

Your family can complete the entire enrolment in person or remotely, depending on your location.

We accept new students throughout the school year if places are available. Mid-term entry is possible, and our team will confirm the earliest suitable start date.

Initial discussion:
Preliminary class placement and possible start dates are discussed during your first consultation or school tour, based on your child’s age and school background.

Offer stage:
After reviewing your application and documents, our Admissions Manager sends an Offer Letter with the proposed class placement and availability.

Final confirmation:
Once the Parent Contract is signed and the registration fee is paid, our team sends an official written confirmation of your child’s final class placement and start date by email.

Yes, short-term enrolment is available depending on class availability. The minimum enrolment period is two weeks.

A registration fee of 5,000 THB applies to all students, and please note that books and insurance are not included in short-term enrolment.

Children aged 5–11 join our Cambridge Primary programme, which includes Year 1 to Year 6.

Placement is based on the child’s age as of 31 August in the year of entry.

Yes — if your child is joining at the beginning of the academic year (August), a 20,000 THB Reservation Fee is required to secure the place. This amount is fully deducted from the first tuition invoice.

For students starting mid-year, no reservation fee is required. Instead, enrolment is confirmed once the Registration Fee and the first tuition payment (monthly, termly, or annual — depending on your chosen plan) have been made.

For short-term students (minimum stay: 2 weeks), the following fees apply:

Short-Term Registration Fee: 5,000 THB
(Textbooks and insurance are not included.)

Tuition Fee: calculated weekly according to the current Primary tuition rates.

Short-term learners follow the same timetable and lessons as full-time students, depending on class availability.

Yes — we offer tuition discounts for families who prefer to pay in larger instalments:

• Term (semester) payment: 5% discount
• Full academic year payment: 10% discount

These discounts apply to tuition fees only and do not apply to the Registration Fee, Assessment Fee, or any other one-time charges.

ISP primarily accepts payment by bank transfer.

After your enrolment is confirmed, the Finance Department will email you an invoice with:
Total amount due
Payment deadline
Bank account details and SWIFT code for international transfers

If you need to discuss any alternative payment options, you can contact the Admissions or Finance team directly.

For ongoing students:
Tuition invoices are usually sent between the 20th and 22nd of each month.
Payment is expected within 5 working days of the invoice date.

For new students (mid-year or beginning of the year), all relevant fees (Registration, Reservation if applicable, and the first tuition payment) are due before the child starts school.

According to the official ISP School Fees 2025/2026 document:

• Invoices for monthly payments are issued on the 22nd of each month.
• Families have time to pay until the 1st of the following month.
• After that, a late fee of 200 THB per day is charged for every overdue day.
