Step 5 — Onboarding
Once your child’s place is confirmed and payment has been received, you will receive full onboarding information, including:
• confirmed start date
• class timetable

Your family may complete the entire enrolment process either in person or remotely, depending on your location.

Tuition Fee
Payable before the student begins attending school.

The fee amount depends on the chosen programme (Cambridge or ELL).

Reservation Fee
Applicable only to students starting in August (the beginning of the academic year).
Amount: 20,000 THB.
This fee is fully deducted from the first tuition invoice.
If a child joins mid-year, the Reservation Fee does not apply.

The Reservation Fee is non-refundable, as it guarantees the reserved place for your child.

Yes — if your child is joining at the beginning of the academic year (August), a 20,000 THB Reservation Fee is required to secure the place. This amount is fully deducted from the first tuition invoice.

For students starting mid-year, no reservation fee is required. Instead, enrolment is confirmed once the Registration Fee and the first tuition payment (monthly, termly, or annual — depending on your chosen plan) have been made.

For short-term students (minimum stay: 2 weeks), the following fees apply:

Short-Term Registration Fee: 5,000 THB
(Textbooks and insurance are not included.)

Short-term learners follow the same timetable and lessons as full-time students, depending on class availability.

Yes — we offer tuition discounts for families who prefer to pay in larger instalments:

• Term (semester) payment: 5% discount
• Full academic year payment: 10% discount

These discounts apply to tuition fees only and do not apply to the Registration Fee, Assessment Fee, or any other one-time charges.

Yes. A 5% discount is offered for the second and each additional child.
This discount can be combined with the term or annual payment discount.

ISP primarily accepts payment by bank transfer.

After your enrolment is confirmed, the Finance Department will email you an invoice with:
Total amount due
Payment deadline
Bank account details and SWIFT code for international transfers

If you need to discuss any alternative payment options, you can contact the Admissions or Finance team directly.

For ongoing students:
Tuition invoices are usually sent between the 20th and 22nd of each month.
Payment is expected within 5 working days of the invoice date.

For new students (mid-year or beginning of the year), all relevant fees (Registration, Reservation if applicable, and the first tuition payment) are due before the child starts school.

• Invoices for monthly payments are issued on the 22nd of each month.
• Families have time to pay until the 1st of the following month.
• After that, a late fee of 200 THB per day is charged for every overdue day.
